Angels are sent by God to do His will, to protect you, and to minister to you.
“Then the LORD sent an angel who cut down every mighty man of valor, leader, and captain in the camp of the king of Assyria.” (2Chr 32:21)
“Now I know for certain that the Lord has sent His angel, and has delivered me from the hand of Herod and from all the expectation of the Jewish people.” (Acts 12:11)

“Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?” (Heb 1:14)
