Be Strong and courageous. Do the Work of God.

Nehemiah is a book of courage, perseverance, and success in serving the Lord! Each person building the wall had a sword in case of an enemy attack. You are building yourself up in the most holy faith. You can also build up others. While you are building, please take up the armor of God. Stand against the enemy, submit to the Lord, and walk in victory as more than a conqueror.

“Every one of the builders had his sword girded at his side as he built.” (Neh 4:18)

“But you, beloved, building [epoikodomeo] yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit” (Jude :20)

“Therefore comfort each other and edify [oikodomeo] one another, just as you also are doing.” (1Thes 5:11)

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (1Pet 5:8)

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” (Rom 8:37)
