God hears your cry, and He gives you quietness.

So that they caused the cry of the poor to come to Him; for He hears the cry of the afflicted. When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? (Job 34:28,29)

“But I am poor and needy; yet the LORD thinks upon me. You are my help and my deliverer” (Ps 40:17)
