If you just stumbled upon our website, I would like to invite you to join us on our journey of following Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul wrote, “Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ. (1Cor 11:1)” Start with these new disciplines:
- Work toward one hour of silence a day – to hear your own thoughts, God’s thoughts, and to bring rest to your soul. Take a walk, limit social media, TV, movies, and video games.
- Journal your thoughts. Write something down every day. If you don’t have Mulberry Tree Spiritual Growth Journal, request one.
- “I write about what’s going on in my personal and spiritual life or what’s going on at work. It helps me keep things in perspective, especially when things get crazy or I get stressed or we have obstacles.” Blake Mycoskie
