You are special to God, and He has given you a new heart.

“Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the LORD; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God” (Jer 24:7)

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people” (1Pet 2:9)

“Also today the LORD has proclaimed you to be His special people, just as He promised you” (Deut 26:18)

“Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people” (Ex 19:5)
