Your path to exaltation is through the humbling of the Lord Jesus.

“Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly” (Prov 16:19)

“Therefore humble [tapeinoo] yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt [hupsoo] you in due time” (1Pet 5:6)

“Humble [tapeinoo] yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift [hupsoo] you up.” (Jm 4:10)

“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart [tapeinos], and you will find rest for your souls.” (Matt 11:29)
