Your path to exaltation is through the humbling of the Lord Jesus.
“Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly” (Prov 16:19)
“Therefore humble [tapeinoo] yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt [hupsoo] you in due time” (1Pet 5:6)
