Jesus has made you a partaker of the Holy Spirit. The Word of God is nourishing to you. You are strengthened with the riches of His glory.

“have become partakers [metochos] of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers [dunamis] of the age to come” (Heb 6:4,5)

“that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened [krataioo] with might [dunamis] through His Spirit in the inner man” (Eph 3:16)
