Jesus is very compassionate and merciful toward you. He has drawn you to Himself with lovingkindness.
“You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate [polysplagchnos] and merciful.” (Jm 5:11)
“Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” (Jer 31:3)
“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion [splanchnizomai] for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.” (Matt 9:36)
