Jesus makes you brave and gives you courage in spiritual battles.

“Be of good courage, and let us be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. And may the LORD do what is good in His sight.” (1Chr 19:13)

“Finally, my brethren, be strong [endunamoo] in the Lord and in the power [kratos] of His might [ischus].” (Eph 6:10)
