Jesus has all authority, and He has given you His authority to exercise power over spiritual enemies.

“What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority [exousia] He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.” (Mk 1:27)

“Behold, I give you the authority [exousia] to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power [dunamis] of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Lk 10:19)

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith” (1Pet 5:8,9)
