Jesus has given you authority over all your enemies, including the devil.

“Jonathan said to his armorbearer, Come up after me, for the LORD has delivered them into the hand of Israel.” (1Sam 14:12)

“Behold, I give you the authority [exousia] to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power [dunamis] of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Lk 10:19)
