Jesus is the Bread of Life and the Rock. He is the source of Living Water.

“You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, and brought them water out of the rock for their thirst” (Neh 9:15)

“all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.” (1Cor 10:4)

“And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (Jn 6:35)

“I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.” (Jn 6:51)

“I am the bread of life.” (Jn 6:48)

“Jesus answered and said to her, If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, Give Me a drink, you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” (Jn 4:10)

“But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” (Jn 4:14)

“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” (Jn 7:38-39)
