Jesus’ sacrifice was righteous. You now have His righteousness and abundant life.

“even so through one Man’s righteous act [dikaioma] the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.” (Rom 5:18)

“He who follows righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness, and honor.” (Prov 21:21)

“much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.” (Rom 5:17)

“even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Rom 5:21)

“And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” (Rom 8:10)
