The Holy Spirit instructs, teaches, guides, and leads you, while Jesus is interceding for you in heaven.   

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.” (Ps 32:8)

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach [didasko] you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” (Jn 14:26)

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Rom 8:14)

“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide [hodegeo] you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell [anagello] you things to come.” (Jn 16:13)

“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” (Gal 5:16)

“These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches [didaktos], comparing spiritual things [pneumatikos] with spiritual [pneumatikos].” (1Cor 2:13)

“You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, and did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst.” (Neh 9:20)

“And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler [archon] of this world is judged.” (Jn 16:8-11)
