You do miracles by faith, being empowered by the Holy Spirit as a child of God.

“Therefore He who supplies [epichoregeo] the Spirit to you and works [energeo] miracles [dunamis] among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” (Gal 3:5)
