Jesus keeps you in the way He wants you to go. His way is light and fruitfulness.

“Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.” (Ex 23:20)

“I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” (Jn 8:12)

“He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” (Jn 15:5)

“Beware of Him [Christophany] and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him.” (Ex 23:21)

“But if you indeed obey His [Christophany] voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.” (Ex 23:22)

“For My Angel [Christophany] will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will cut them off.” (Ex 23:23)
